Coming in second place is Bryce Properties one of the original players in the Plymouth student rental market. They have one of the biggest portfolios on the market offering everything from 1-bedroom flats to 10-bedroom houses across Plymouth. They offer virtual tours for their properties along with not charging any letting agency fees which is a bonus. It appears the students only problem with Bryce Properties is a of lack urgency in solving problems, but this may vary based on what the problem is.

Taking the bronze medal on our list is a relatively new company called Student Choice they got their start in 2013 having gone from strength to strength over the proceeding decade. They have emerged as one of the main players in the space Plymouth rental market. Much like A Home After Halls these guys have a dedicated 24-hour contact number to all their tenants to help alleviate any problems students may face while studying. If they continue in the trajectory, they’re on currently they could easily take the top spot.
