Most frequent questions and answers

Prior to adding a listing of your agency please check to see if it hasn’t been already added to our database.

 If the listing exists, please click “Claim Now” button.

You can only reply to a review if the following applies:

– the listing of the agency has been created by you.

– or if you have claimed the listing and it has been verified.

You can change your subscription plan by choosing “Listing” and “Change Plan”. For more detailed information check here. 

How to claim a listing

Step 1

Prior to adding a listing of your agency please check to see if it hasn’t been already added to our database.

 If the listing exists, please click “Claim Now” button.

Step 2

Fill in the form and attach necessary documents, so we can verify your account. If you don’t hear from us within 5 days please email hello@whichpad.com and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Verification can take up to 5 days.

Step 3

 You will receive an email as soon your listing has been verified.

If you don’t hear from us within 5 days please email hello@whichpad.com and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. 

You can log into your account and a new option with an approved listing will appear.

Now you will be able to edit it as required, reply to any available reviews and so on.

How to reply to reviews

You can only reply to a review if the following applies:

– the listing of the agency has been created by you.

– or if you have claimed the listing and it has been verified. (Check how you can claim a listing.)

If one of the above points applies to you log into your dashboard and choose “Reviews”“Received”. Choose a review you wish to reply to and click “Public Reply”.

How to change subscription plan

If you wish to change or upgrade your pricing plan:

– go to your dashboard and choose “Listings”

– now choose the listing you wish to upgrade and click on three dots

– choose “Change Plan” and follow the steps.

If you have one of the paid plans you can check and download your invoice under “Invoices”

Gold subscription plan is valid for 180 days, Silver – 90 days. When your plan is run out you will be switched to Bronze (free plan), unless you have previously chosen an automatic renewal option.
