Whenever we have questions our property manager gets back to us in a very informative manner however it is not always in a timely manner. Sometimes it takes repetitive prompting to get action.
Overall a lovely property and friendly + helpful property manager.

Everyone we’ve seen has been lovely and helpful if with us in person. However, there is a lack of urgency as on multiple occasions we have had to repeat a concern and wait for its completion. Also when we moved in there was a lot of work that needing to be done despite stating that this had already been completed. Since then it has been dependent on the job how quickly something has been resolved.
