Was initially pretty poor but got better

When we moved in to our house there were many things wrong. Fridge not working (took them around 2 weeks to sort). TV not working (took them 3 weeks to sort). One of the desks had to be replaced shortly after moving in because it wasn’t fit for purpose. It’s clear there wasn’t an inspection done before us moving in or if there was it was to a poor standard.

However, once these issues had been resolved they have been (so far) pretty quick to solve other issues.
