Tomlinsons have been amazing. Very easy to communicate with through fast responses. Have gone above and beyond to provide the best for us, eg new funiture, new hob etc not because it was broken but just because it was dated. Bills package all included and very cheap! Rent is cheap for the quality of the property. Would recommend to all students. Much better service than what we received last year with Nicholas Humphrey’s

Flat was well maintained. Problems are quickly resolved. The letting agents were quick to reach out after qualms were raised.

House was in perfect condition when we moved in and it’s been amazing living in the property! Only issue was with maintenance issues not being fixed despite quick response to emails from the agency.

They were slow to respond and then still never fixed our issues. We had a water pressure problem with the shower they came out and then looked at it and it remained the exact same when they left and then didn’t even respond to some of our messages

Overall, this was a good place to live during my time at university. The house was a decent size, well laid out, and suitable for student living. The location was convenient for getting to campus and local amenities, which made day-to-day life easy. Any issues that came up were manageable, and the house met expectations for student accommodation. I enjoyed my time living here and it worked well for what I needed during my studies.
