Helpful at the start sorts out the problems said to them. Would recommend them to others in the future

They were good with us moving in. However they have been really slow responding to us. We asked them to do some important jobs in September and they still haven’t done them. This may be down to the landlord, however they should be better at communicating.

Slow response time for damaged items / hesitance to replace things, ultimately lead to issues getting way to out of hand. Refusing to reduce rent despite so many issues

Since moving into our property in August it is fair to say the support they have offered us has not been acceptable. We have had mould in our kitchen which has been reported multiple times but has never been sorted. We also have a hole in our roof which is yet to be sorted , leading to possible health and safety issues. Ultimately, I am disappointed with the support that has been provided to us throughout our tenancy and I would not use them again.

The overall service from our letting agency, Tristrams and our landlord have been completely lacklustre and shameful. Continues problems with the house such as; a leaking roof, an oven door that doesn’t shut properly and damp and mouldy kitchen cupboards have been continuous problems that haven’t been fixed since the start of our tenancy. Additionally other issues that have been resolved took extended amounts of time to fix. From the time of notification about a broken boiler ,that meant no hot water in the house, to the time hot water was restored to the house it took over 3 weeks. Awful communication and a lack of care for tenant wellbeing and health have characterised this letting agency and the landlord it represents.

Tristrams has allowed for a smooth process to begin my letting agreement, they were very reliable and provided any help surrounding the letting agreement very quickly

Tristram’s were very good in letting my group book a viewing promptly and informing us on how to secure the house as quickly as possible. They explained the process clearly, helping us by regularly emailing us as to what next steps were. The house tour was very helpful and they even let us book another house viewing after we secured the house to allow us to sort out potential rooms and organise furniture and decorations needed.
