We were renting with them for a year and a half before our landlord made the decision to switch agents mid-contract. Purple frog were managing our property on behalf of our landlord however they did not tell the landlord of pressing issue such as structural defaults in the property, issues with damp and mould and general maintenance. They constantly sent the same maintaince guy to fix every issue who was incredibly rude, careless and never knew what he was actually doing
