Quite quick to fix any maintenance problems but sometimes a bit slower for some. Provides WiFi and some money for eletric and gas.

Half of us sent guarantor email in may and it was in September after we’d been moved in for 2months that he asked us to do them again. Tbf half of us hadn’t paid rent for first month yet

The house was clean and well maintained. Parr houses are very good at communicating and have been accommodating to payment plans where required.

Good communication with land lord as all in a WhatsApp group chat together so easy communication. Maybe to expensive for student living at 150 a week lower prices would be ideal

The houses are really well maintained, carpets and windows were replaced without us having to nag. Any maintenance issues are fixed really quickly and communicated when they are coming to fix it! Would recommend to everyone.

The whole team have been fabulous in dealing with any problems I have had. The house is lovely, well-furnished and looked after. I feel very safe there and nothing is too much trouble for them to deal with, they always deal with things that day or the next which is so good!
