Charters do not put your best interest first. We have made complaints that go unanswered until we bring up they have to do it by law. Wouldn’t recommend!
When we moved in to our property we were told that the house would be in moving condition however when we showed up no cleaning was done in the house at all, however this was resolved in the following 48hours but it was disappointing. I like the reporting process but some issues I wish were resolved quicker like mold etc.
