Terrible before we even arrived – went to collect the keys and they tried to tell us they were closed in the middle of the day in the middle of their working hours. Finally arrived to a house in need of multiple repairs – the sealant around the sinks and showers were damaged, the footboards in the kitchen were falling off, some of the door handles were so loose we were worried to use them and get charged. Multiple dead wasps found around the premises to which they responded you need at least 12 for it to be considered a nest. We then counted them and pointed out it was more than that to which they responded ‘who told you to count them’. Generally very passive aggressive over emails and also don’t respond to all of them.
