Upon moving in we received an inventory containing all items in the house as well as the condition of everything in the house , this was really helpful for us. The rent is a very good and fair price and also provides us with a cleaner which is great. Since moving in we have had little to no problems and any problems we have encountered have been dealt with very quickly. The landlord also has great communication with us through a house what’s app group and always lets us know at least 24 hours in advance if any of the team need to enter our property.
