Communication is okay, will get back within a week. Issues that have been flagged are still waiting to be resolved. House was not cleaned before moved in
Communication is clear but still waiting for some issues to be resolved. Does do house inspections throughout
Great organisation, great communication, great houses. The only improvement that could be made is consistency with replies sometimes. But otherwise, super friendly people and maintenance are prompt.
The house was very well kept and the letting agency even had a contracted gardener come bi-weekly. We had a great year there and loved every minute of it. The landlords were very attentive and any issue was quickly sorted out.
