While the agent and all we corresponded with were very friendly, that is about as far as they went. Our contract was sent to us to be signed within a couple of days, giving us minimum time to actually review it to ensure it was fair and agreeable. Within this we noticed multiple discrepancies multiple times, delaying the contract signing, causing stress and nearly resulting us moving in late. After moving in, we were called rather than emailed first at all points in the day, leading to disruption in lectures, at work, and sleep multiple times.
