She has helped me and the members of my house with getting a house and helped with the process of moving in and checked on us once we had moved in.
Our house was in good condition when we moved in and had been cleaned thoroughly. The previous tenants had left a lot of their property behind which we asked our landlord to remove which he did by the next day. He responds the same day and any problems are fixed within 3 days. We had opportunities to review and ask questions surrounding the contract and was able to negotiate certain terms.
