House was maintained in exceptional condition and was very clean before we moved in. Whenever there was a problem in the house it was very easy to report via their website and was fixed very quickly. Staff always get back to you very quickly when u get in contact with them. Could not recommend them enough to anyone especially students, excellent letting agents.
The house was exceptionally maintained by the letting agency and was in a great condition when we moved in. Whenever there was an issue with the house it was easily reported through their website and quickly fixed. Staff are great and always respond quickly when you get in contact could not recommend them enough for students especially.
House is decent and any repairs we need are done quickly and efficiently however didn’t seem like any cleaning was done during the summer
Generally quick to fix issues, however had major issues when reaching the end of my tenancy. Signed a one year tenancy which I always intended to end after one year, however when my replacement tenant was taking over the contract, I was told that if he did not pay his deposit that I would still be responsible for the rent, despite the fact this was a fixed term tenancy.
