1 Review for Nicholas Humphreys Sheffield Reviews I Student Letting Agents – WhichPad
The agent’s made several mistakes in contract documents, which had to be corrected. Initially, they didn’t provide the required 24h notice before entry, but this was corrected. The house itself is very worn, some issues were fixed promptly, others were never fixed. Deposit was returned with no issues.
