When moving in the house was maintained excellently, with no complaints having to be made during the move in process. When a couple maintenance issues did occur, these were solved almost immediately with the landlord being extremely understanding and considerate. Penny & Sinclair have been easy to communicate with and made the entire student housing process feel really easy.
