We have had a very mixed experience with City Properties. Our first year of tenancy we had a lot of issues regarding electricity and building structure. We did receive the full deposit back. This year, our second year of tenancy they have been very attentive and quick to respond to issues and also send out maintenance for issues in at least a day.
