Organised, got us in contact with our landlord and provided us with the information we needed to complete all documents. Only improvement I could suggest is that most of the process had to be done in person rather than digitally.

Our second year house is such a great place to live. The location is really convenient for uni and local shops, and the area feels safe and friendly. The house itself is really spacious with good-sized bedrooms and a comfortable living area, which makes it perfect for both studying and hanging out together. Overall, it has been a really positive experience with booking and I’d definitely recommend it to other students.

The house i have chosen for next year looks in top shape. Plenty of room for 5 of us and it looks to be well maintained and looked after. Landlords seem really nice and helpful.
