The house is really well maintained and the letting agent is very cooperative and quick to respond and fix any issues, would recommend!

Is a decent house, but they are slow to respond to issues. The downstairs rooms have mold and damp. The ground floor is drafty.

We knew our house contract before we paid and moved in. A lot of little things have broken which haven got fixed since we’ve reported it. We’re not using the same company again

We knew our rights and the contract before letting the accommodation. The house was in a okay condition when we moved in but the garden was overgrown and filled with rubbish. The rooms were extremely dusty and lots of scratches on walls. They are quite slow at getting back in fixing anything we report often taking over a week. Our boiler broke in the middle of winter and they didn’t come fix it for over 3 days so we gave up and did it ourselves

Fine. Not quick at sorting problems. House is mouldy they have not done anything about it. Fine but wouldn’t live with them again.

Agent is good and they solve issues and replace broken stuff. Also repaint rooms for us. Yh I’d recommend them
