There is a good system to report maintenance issues that allows for easy communication between the letting agency and the landlord. Issues are usually resolved quickly and the agency is very cooperative.
When we have had issues it doesn’t get resolved when we report it and we have to chase them for months before it gets resolved
House is very nice and in a good location. Booking viewings was easy and communication with the agent to book the viewings was fast and informative. However since moving in, this communication has dropped significantly. We have had a number of problems with the house. For example, the first week we moved in the boiler broke and we were without hot water for a week. We have since had to replace both shower screens and still are waiting on news about our broken dishwasher. The customer service has been very poor.
The letting agency are slow to respond and don’t maintain the house well. Areas are unsafe and not changed. They don’t help much at all
