Uni homes bills package is expensive for what you get. Also didn’t give us working wifi. So that is a big issue considering what we pay.
They provided lots of information on contracts and were very efficient in helping us secure the house
They were not very quick with solving issues and answering problems we had which was quite frustrating. Our dish washer has not worked the whole year aswell and began leaking at one point, we asked for it to be fixed but only the leaking stopped and the dish washer continues to not work so we cannot use it. He is nice though when we do see him however at the start of the year we were quite frustrated.
