When we first moved into the flat we were promised that everything would be in great condition and that everything would be working however that was far from the case with cupboard doors falling off the hinges and the shower temperature not being able to change. Even when maintenance has been reported it has taken months for the issue to be sorted. Overall just think that the price for the property is not worth the hassle and damage that is already done to the property before even moving in.

They’ve been really helpful and the flat was well kept when we moved in, the deposit policy was really easy to follow.

Put a deposit down for a flat next year, went to view the flat it was lovely. Girls kept it very tidy and were so kind and even told us about the surrounding area. The tour was great, got to take our time and gave loads of info and answered all questions.

They have been incredibly helpful with assisting me in finding my first house for next year with multiple showings and agents helping with everything they could and answering all questions I had to help find the best house for me and my friends.

Was a slight hiccup within the booking system, which ended up with two groups booking the same flat and resulted in us having to find another flat. However our deposit and situation was handled easily and with care. Well maintained and fast with fixing problems. Would recommend.

The flat wasn’t in the best condition when we first moved in, however student cribs have been great with responding to our complaints and fixing any issues in our flat.
