house was a state when we got there, not cleaned and very poor communication from the letting agents but reasonable price and the maintenance guy is cool (Shoutout Don)

On arrival house was well maintained, few issues that we noted in the inventory but these were fixed very early on, possibly because we were up during summer so they could fix these faster. There has also been good communication surrounding standing orders, viewings etc. and any issues we’ve had have generally been answered via email.

Great letting agency, no issues with the property to begin with and when we’ve ever had issues, maintenance has been straight over to help.

The service provided overall is great. Nearly all of the time they are quick to reply to emails and always receptive to the phone. On top of this, any problems with the house have been dealt with in an acceptable amount of time. The maintenance man is alert and has been able to come round to fix something within 20 minutes when there was an urgent problem. Upon moving in, the house was in a good condition. Certain areas could do with some renovation, such as the carpets on the stairs which is loose/falling off at places. Most problems were noted on the list when we moved in. In general, a very good letting agent who are quick to respond to any queries and provide a good quality service

The letting agency is really good and ensures that everything is good with the flat at all times. The landlord is always really hands-on on which is a massive bonus
