Smooth experience but communication could be clearer
4.0

Really good experience setting up the contract and with communication between us and the landlord prior to the tenancy. We renewed the contract for the next year and they were a bit slow in communication this time round in getting back to us/changing details on goodlord. Overall a great experience and would recommend 🙂
