Flat was rented in poor hygienic condition, and this required multiple emails to have fixed. Letting agency was always slow to respond to requests and couldn’t have shown less interest if they tried. Kitchen cupboards were planned to be replaced during our tenancy – they were removed in October, new doors delivered in November and then were never installed. Letting agency sent emails every month requesting that names who did not live at the property send rent payments. Overall a very poor experience and would not recommend.
