They were good with paperwork and helpful with issues but unfortunately threatened us with losing our deposit. We had a tenant leave the house and they suggested we had to find someone new otherwise we all lose our deposit. This was not the case and it was out of our control (we didnt know him) and it wasnt our fault he breached contract. In the end it was just a scare tactic and we got our deposit back but they weren’t very friendly initially.
