Loc8me Manchester Reviews I Student Letting Agents – WhichPad

Positives:
– Very nice, recently refurbished house.
– Fully replaced broken washing machine

Negatives:
– Only 3 out of 5 keys were available on collection day meaning 2 people were without keys. Locks were then changed and had to organise getting a whole new set of keys.
– House was not fully ready upon moving in (not professionally cleaned, maintenance work still left over to do so had contractors coming in the first few weeks)
– Required multiple chases for certain issues such as broken automatic light sensors
– Contractors stole our dust pan and brush after doing some work in the house
