Overall had a decent experience renting with Your Place in second year. It was a nice bonus having a cleaner included, which definitely made things easier in a student house. Only real issue was communication, particularly when we needed to get in touch about the heating, as it could take a while to get a response. Other than that, no major complaints!
We used Your Place as our letting agent during our second year at university. Overall, our experience was okay, although there were a few things that could have been improved. Communication wasn’t always the easiest, and having the option to contact them via WhatsApp would have made things much more convenient. We were also surprised that the property didn’t come with basic kitchen appliances like a kettle or microwave, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, our experience was generally fine, but there is definitely room for improvement.
