Not bad, a lot of problems with them at the beginning, but they did try to fix it after we complained. Sign a house with the same letting next year.
At the beginning of my tenancy with YPP I did not have a good experience although they were very helpful at resolving the problems. I really like the house I am living in this year and have signed a different house with YPP for next year.
