Not good at all

Not so nice to do business with, think hard before you booking it in with them guys

My experience with Sinclair Properties has been a mixed bag. On the positive side, they were quick to respond to maintenance issues and the location of the property was convenient for me. However, there were some drawbacks. Communication could have been better, as I sometimes felt like I was left in the dark about important matters. Additionally, the property could have been cleaner upon move-in. Overall, while there were some hiccups, Sinclair Properties provided a decent living experience.

My time with Sinclair Properties had its ups and downs. While the flat itself was satisfactory, there were some issues with pests that took a while to resolve. Additionally, the lease renewal process felt a bit disorganised, and it was difficult to get clear information about it from the management team.
