Living here has been a great experience. The management team is always friendly and quick to help with any maintenance issues or enquiries. Everything in the accommodation is well-maintained and clean, making it a very comfortable and safe environment to live in. Overall, I’m really happy with my stay here and would highly recommend it to other students!

Overall, a decent experience renting our uni house. There have been some positives, but there is room for improvement in communication and how issues are handled.

Although I love my house and it is in a great location. They have not been the most on it when things need fixing or replacing. They are lovely and we have got to know them well. The way in which the process of getting a house works for L&S is different then all the other companies but we lucked out and got our first choice. Not a huge selection of houses but all decent.

Problems are responded to quickly, but take a while for any actions to be completed. some things could be repaired to keep the house up to date.

Problems have to be communicated through a website which I do not enjoy, however they do respond quickly and problems are usually solved. I don’t like that some issues you have to fix yourself otherwise you get charged for services
