Very quick and stress free process. Very impressed. It made it very easy to stay in the house I’m in.

Very good at sorting maintenance issues, however there were a few issues when we turned up to the house such as a broken oven and TV. But was all fixed within 2 weeks

The house was generally in good shape, had to contact them about a few maintenance issues with the kitchen tap and a broken shower head mount. Some rooms seemed more recently painted than others but in general they were decent. Furniture in good condition and no hygiene issues.

Professional team and great service, cannot recommend them more. The website is easy to use and make letting so much easier.

Could not have possibly asked for a more convenient and efficiency service, they answered all my questions within a day, website was incredibly clear.

We had an easy to use maintenance website, however they were inconsistent with fixing our property, some sorted within 3 days some took weeks if at all. We had mould problems which they were unhelpful with and we had to end up sorting ourselves. Detailed with deposit breakdown, but some parts felt unjust. Overall not a bad experience, heard of worse.

Really good experience with them! The whole process was pretty straightforward and they were really helpful whenever I had any questions. Everything was sorted quickly and I always felt like I knew what was going on. Would definitely recommend them, especially if you’re a student looking for a place without wanting loads of hassle.

The house has been maintained well and was cleaned thoroughly before our move in date. IG have been quick and responsive when we have had an issue

House was in poor condition when we moved in. Ceiling had a leak, dryer wasn’t working properly, generally unclean and stains on the walls. Issues were generally fixed quite quickly. When moving out we left the house in a much better condition than it was in when we moved in but they still skimmed ~£150 off our deposit for minor things which should be covered under general wear and tear.

When emailing about contact hours and house visits they are top tier however when it comes to sorting out maintinence issues they refuse to send someone out.

very good at fixing things but have alot of visits for construction and measuring and tests ect. when they come for these visits they bang very loud and will wake the whole household. they are very simple during the initial process though.

There has been many problems with my house and they were very slow fixing problems. Our toilet didn’t flush properly for weeks so I had to keep ringing to get it sorted which was stressful. while it did get sorted it is not good enough!

Move in was marred by unclean rooms and repairmen are occasionally intrusive. However, the house is well kept and repairs are quick

simple contracts that covered all bases, house was very clean when we arrived and met standards. A couple of issues with unannounced visits, but complaints were rectified and dealt with quickly.
