When emailing about contact hours and house visits they are top tier however when it comes to sorting out maintinence issues they refuse to send someone out.

very good at fixing things but have alot of visits for construction and measuring and tests ect. when they come for these visits they bang very loud and will wake the whole household. they are very simple during the initial process though.

There has been many problems with my house and they were very slow fixing problems. Our toilet didn’t flush properly for weeks so I had to keep ringing to get it sorted which was stressful. while it did get sorted it is not good enough!

Move in was marred by unclean rooms and repairmen are occasionally intrusive. However, the house is well kept and repairs are quick

simple contracts that covered all bases, house was very clean when we arrived and met standards. A couple of issues with unannounced visits, but complaints were rectified and dealt with quickly.
