Good quality housing, 6 bed house. Our landlord is very attentive and sends us many reminders and important information. Only criticism is our early house check out date being 10th June.

Only in contact with the company Adam Bennett, when first got the house it was all well accommodated. we once had a problem with the hot water in the shower and they were very quick to contact a plumber, also the maintenance requests are very quick and easy to do. They regularly come and check for garden maintenance without requesting it. Before going home for Christmas they sent an email informing us of what to do with heating and water to make sure everything would work correctly once coming back after winter. One thing that could be better is because we can only contact the company and not the landlord themselves, it does mean if something happens over the weekend they tend to take a bit more time to reply to the request and help with any problem there may be.

Arrived with house in great condition. Landlords are easy to get in contact with and were very helpful with my move-in date as an international student. Letting agents are very easy to contact and resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Landlord come and fix anything that breaks or needs a look at as soon as they are available.

This letting agency has lots of different properties for all different group sizes, so was spoilt for choice when choosing. It’s also very easy to get in direct contact with landlords and felt very safe setting up viewings as the properties all looked the same as the pictures.

I absolutely love our house, but it does have its problems, the most blaring of which is that for the first month we lived here our microwave wouldn’t work at all. When we called the maintenance team to check on it, it got fixed even though it took the better part of 3 weeks to get back up and running.

The House was advertised with a full 360-degree tour which meant it was easier to look at the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. It was also easy to submit my application, and once complete the clarity of information in emails sent by the agency made the entire process smooth and comfortable.

Trustworthy landlord, a friendly guy. Helped when needed. Lovely man. Very easy and calm experience, cool guy he’s awesome. My microwave broke, however, we got fixed in a flash!

Living in Adam Bennett’s property has been fantastic! The team was super helpful during the move-in process, and the flat itself is cozy and well-maintained. I’ve had no issues with repairs or maintenance, and it’s been a hassle-free experience overall.

Unfortunately, my experience with Adam Bennett wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped. While the house was decent, there were some issues with noise from neighbours that made it hard to focus on studying. Communication with the management team could have been better, as it often took a while to get responses to my inquiries.

Very easy to deal with and have lots of properties for different size groups so there is lots of choice. Very easy to contact landlords and all pictures are true to the actual properties.

Great Landlord, easy to contact and any problems are dealt with quickly and effectively. Maintenance team are always friendly and helpful. We have had no problems 🙂

The landlord replies to emails quickly and if there is an issue they act on it within 1-2 days. They are also very respectful of us and understanding when it comes to paying rent, as they offer us to pay rent after loans come in instead of when rent is due.

So much living space and a large kitchen. Repairs fixed very quickly and excellent contact with our landlord.
