Maintenance was done well and to a good level, they were very fast with maintenance requests usually done by the end of the next working day.
Furniture for the house was generally good, had good sofas, beds and kitchen appliances, the only problem would be the chairs provided for the living room and one of the ovens.
Overall, WH properties were a really good letting agents and there were no major problems.
Been living with WH properties for 6 months now. We live in an old house and there is lots of problems. These problems are not properly acknowledged by the agent and fixed poorly. I don’t recommend them
