When we arrived, the flat we rented was in great condition with all working and clean appliances. The contract was very clear and stated the rent amounts with the dates to be paid. The letting company were very considerate to me and my flat mate as they allowed us to rearrange our payment dates to line up with student finance which really helped us. Deposit was slightly high at £300 but hoping we can get it all back.

Pretty decent, slow on repairs but got some once chased up. Nice house and reasonable rate. Didn’t cram us in like other places.

I was apprehensive from using student letting companies for my last year at uni due to bad experiences in 2nd year. I went with west one and I had a great experience. No problems all year, staff are lovely and willing to help. All deposit was given back. Great service, would highly recommend.
