Due to being next door to the estate agent, any issues are able to be said in person, helping them to be resolved as quickly as possible. Our house is located in the centre of town, perfect for both getting to university and going on a night out. There was a few issues with my room at the start of the rental, however this was sorted out as best as possible, as quickly as possible. Any issues with lightbulbs not working etc have always been solved. The only downside to the house is the lack of parking permits, however we was made aware of this before renting. Overall, satisfied with the location and estate agent.

Easy and straightforward process. Found the property quickly and the agents were very accommodating. Allowed us to have several visits with good communication. The house is great with no problems.

WESP is a well-known letting agent for students. We decided to rent with them as they made the whole process very easy from signing the contract until the end of our tenancy. They communicated very well with us when we reported a problem and they ensured the problem was fixed as soon as possible. The whole moving-in experience was very easy.
