Really lovely accommodation, clean, quiet, and running well. Very near all on campus utilities and near the library too.

Overall very good experience. When kitchen items broke, they were speedy with a response and alternative. Rooms were clean and in good order with some scuffs on wall but they were happy to fix. Light broke and it took a few days to repair but that was over a weekend. Very good service.

Everything was very well explained in the contract and information was very easy to access when needed. The freezers were slightly dodgy and didn’t get properly fixed all the time. However, on the whole, most maintenance requests were tended to very quickly. The cleaning service was very good and the rooms were very nice.

The en-suite rooms are well designed with good study space and storage, while the shared kitchen and living area create a sociable atmosphere with flatmates. Located in Cryfield Village, it’s only a short walk from central campus, making it a convenient and enjoyable place to live.

Clear communication with the letting team when issues arose and they reimbursed for any problems affecting my experience.

Have had a good experience of this accommodation, with a very good and spacious kitchen. The room is slightly small, but well maintained and comfortable. The location is nice, close to campus but also slightly further away to allow it to be quiet

Pros Spacious room with a nice bathroom and big bed The letting agent was prompt with fixing any problems such as problems with the fridge/freezer The kitchen was also big and fitted with a TV and 2 large sofas Cons 3 floors in each of the townhouses with no lift made moving in and out very difficult

Quite expensive but does include all bills and regular cleaning of communal areas. Some halls require you to move out over Easter which is a pain. Overall was fairly good, with everything clean and new.

Maintained well by the letting company and were very responsive when problems did arise. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation.

Maintained well by the letting agency, cleaned regularly and in good condition when I arrived. However they could be quicker at fixing appliances and features when they break.
