Horrendous company to deal with. No customer service skills. Office staff are rude and arrogant. I rented a property from this company for 4 years and had nothing but trouble from them. I fully redecorated this property and made improvements to both the front and rear gardens. I decided to leave the property and was informed I would have to pay for any cleaning and redecoration in the property. Obviously but having made vast improvements and been a bit of a clean freak I was confident this would not be a problem. Having left the property I was sent an invoice for £1000.00 for extra rent, cleaning and decorating costs. This was totally unjustified and I went to court with them to prove it. Having read reviews online about Wardbrights it seems they do this to all their tenants. The property was damp when I moved in and Wardbrights refused to accept this. Telling me the damp was caused by smoke stains from the previous tenant! Repairs are never carried out when requested and my house was entered by Wardbrights on several occasions without my consent. Please do not use this company they will try and fleece you for all the money they possibly can. Avoid at all costs!!
