Varsity Canterbury – Student Accommodation

The house wasn’t clean, despite in the contract saying it would be “professionally cleaned” before we move it. The cost to live there was way too high for the house quality. They were very quick to respond to anything that needed repairing. Was a battle trying to get our deposit back, and they tried to charge us for lots of little problems at ridiculous prices. Had to fight them off

The house was well maintained and landlords were always attentive, bills included was very useful and the price was reasonable. Initially securing the house was very simple and hassle free with leniency on timing of initial payments
