Been an amazing experience for it foundation year and it’s run really well and helpful when required.

appreciated that they were easy to communicate with and offered decent pricing, which are both important factors when looking for a place to rent.

Booking process was easily understandable and the room/facilities are up to good standard.

Was cheap last year but price has extortionately gone up, lifts are always broken but good common room.

Overall, I had a good experience with the letting agency. While there were a few minor hiccups along the way, their staff were generally helpful and responsive. I appreciated their efforts to find me a suitable rental property and would recommend their services to others.

Unfortunately, my experience with the letting agency was extremely disappointing. The rental property was in poor condition and there were a number of issues that were not addressed in a timely manner. Additionally, the agency was unresponsive to my concerns and seemed more interested in collecting fees and charges than in providing quality service to tenants. I would not recommend their services to others.
