We’ve had a really positive experience with Umega since moving into our three-bedroom flat in Glasgow in September. From the initial viewing and application process through to getting settled into the property, the team have been friendly, professional and helpful throughout. Communication has been great, and any questions we’ve had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. The whole process of securing the flat and moving in was straightforward, and we’ve felt well looked after as tenants. It’s been a great experience so far, and we’d happily recommend Umega to anyone looking to rent in Glasgow!
Charged cleaning fee at the end when we left the flat how it was found. Managed to get a bit off but still paid most the fee.
I would not recommend Umega. They took money off our deposit for cleaning even though we left the property in a better state than we found it. They also didn’t provide us with any maintenance in a very dated flat.
