House has had many issues throughout the year, which some taking up to a few weeks to fix. Nice property but needs refresh due to dampness etc.

We have rented a private student accommodation through Tudor Letting. Though I think the success with this has been due to our private landlord, Tudor Letting have been really accommodating throughout the process, and very prompt in their response to any of our queries.

The house I am in was maintained quite well but was a little bit dirty and a few things were broken. When we approached my landlord about the issues he got them sorted quickly, apart from one or two issues but on the whole we can’t really complain. They didn’t really provide us with an explanation we sort of had to review it and check through it with our parents. As I’m a second year and it hasn’t reached the end of my tenancy, I don’t know if I have got my deposit back. I would also say our landlord is very nice. He warns us in advance when work is being done or if people are coming into our house and answers questions and queries very quickly.

we had a few issues with the house at the beginning of the year but as the year has gone on everything has been sorted. our landlord is really approachable and responds to texts very quickly and has issues sorted within the next couple of days.

The company is very good there communication is good they are quite quick to fix most issues. The house I’m currently in with them is very good.

Very good and easy to get in contact with, any problems sorted out quickly.

Great place to live, I’ve really loved staying here. Quick to fix any issues, in the same day in most cases. Also they do lots of fun days for us and give us free stuff and throw competitions to win stuff

Nice house, decent rooms. But a bit mouldy and a few leaks in the ceilings. Single pane windows so it’s freezing. Could do better but could do worse!

Great house, lovely location a few minutes walk from university, shops and bars/clubs, quiet neighbourhood, good roadside parking facilities, house modern and equipped well

Fairly quick when dealing with any issues however some issues not resolved as quick as I would like, house wasn’t the cleanest when moving in however that’s mostly due to tenants staying on so they were unable to do a deep clean which is unfortunate for me as a new tenant, very good agency overall though and would possibly use them again
