Be careful with this company as they try to make as much money off of you as possible, regardless if you are a budgeting student. Damage previously present from old tenants will be charged to your name if you do not bring this up with them. They charge for overflowing bin rubbish being taken away that is present outside your property even if it is not your bin/rubbish. I am disgusted at how they charge for previous damage which they clearly charged the previous tenants and did not get fixed. When we arrived the heating was not working and the table was broken so I understand if we received the property in pristine condition however we did not. What a joke.
