Thornsett City – Student Reviews On Letting Agents

I was with Thornsett for both my 2nd and 3rd year and overall they were a great letting agent. Initially moving into our 2nd year house we noticed the bathrooms needed an upgrade and immediately they fully refurbished both bathrooms. They maintained the property well and were mostly prompt with the maintenance requests. The only problem I encountered was they took a very long time to fix my bedroom window, which wouldn’t fully close, in my 3rd year house which wasn’t ideal. The contract was clear and specified the rent payments and the specific dates for each. I received back all of my deposit.
