1 Review for The Home Club Reviews I Student Letting Agents – WhichPad
Overall, we’ve had a pretty good experience with the letting agency and they’ve been helpful with most things throughout our tenancy. The main issues were at the beginning when we weren’t given enough keys for everyone in the house, and it took a little while to get the additional key sorted.
The house itself was in pretty good condition when we moved in, although the food waste bin was unfortunately full of old food and maggots when we arrived. The bins also hadn’t been emptied before we moved in, which meant we were left with a backlog of rubbish to deal with.
Other than these issues, we’ve been happy with the house and our experience with the letting agency so far. ⭐️
