I’d give a 0 if I can, this agency and the specific staff Jimmy insidiously lead me on for 3 days after they agreed to proceed the leting process with me by telling me dozens of ‘sure’, ‘no problem’ and ‘will send you the email’, but ultimately I was made wait and wait, the Jimmy even chose not to answer my call so I was told by another staff that they have signed with someone else after 3 days! I understand both parties can have a plan B or C in this, but leading people on by telling things not going to happen was really really classless and low, I must say the very limited credibility of this agency is definitely not worth your time

We were in a rental property with Tennant Direct for a year. At the end, despite us thoroughly cleaning the house, they failed to pay back the deposit and kept a significant portion. In addition, when we moved in, they hadn’t cleaned the house at all, so we moved in to a very dirty house. Throughout our stay, the impression we got is that they aren’t interested in providing a good service to tenants. Please avoid. I very much doubt you’d have a better experience than we did.
