They didn’t clean the house before we moved in (even though that was arranged) and showed no interest in our mouse infestation. When we moved out they didn’t give us part of our deposit back because it wasn’t cleaned to their standard (despite us cleaning it thoroughly). I think thy have a standard practice of just claiming you didn’t clean it. Not good choice and they treat students like kids. Don’t give them your money.

They lie though their teeth and are downright lazy. Make promises they don’t keep then don’t feel the slightest bit bad when you call them out on it. Their fees are ridiculous and service is terrible. Avoid at all costs. Put them out of business before they can ruin more lives.

Just a terrible and dishonest company. Make promises that they don’t keep. Cut corners wherever they can. Combined IQ of dollybirds on their phones is probably pushing 50.

My daughter had serious anxiety and depression after having to deal with this company. She felt they covered up certain aspect of the contract and were very slow to respond to things. Overall she ended up on antidepressants and was thoroughly miserable, partly caused by this company and their failure to respond to problems with her flat.
