Don’t respect your privacy and don’t care about you as a tenant
I have no words to describe how poor this letting agent is. They don’t care about student tenants!! I feel like I’ve wasted so much money on renting this property for the year. The house was so damp and mouldy that me and my housemates had to bin some of the new clothes we had for Christmas when we came back in the new year. Not ideal when you’re paying for rent on the expectation of a decent house to live in.
