Kept in great shape, responds to maintenance very quickly. They look after each resident and are well priced for the price to also include with bills. One of my favourite places to live

The move up from accommodation to uni home has been a great jump more expensive and different paying way but completely worth it. Clean fast maintenance and deposits get returned at the end

Although it is a nice house, i feel like it could be better equipped in terms of appliances. Furthermore, the garden isn’t as upkept as first told it would be.

The house is a 10 minute walk from the uni, city centre and 5 minute walk from the strip. The house is modernised and shared with 6 people with 4 bathrooms. For the price, cheaper then student accommodation this was perfect.

With my personal experience of student no fee I think they are by far the best housing company in Southampton, the rooms are very spacious, the kitchen is very large, the house is well lit and the showers and bathrooms are very nice aswell. Whenever there has been an issue in the house they always aim to send someone out on the same day or within the same 24 hours and they really care about their tenants.

A nice house to live in, a homely vibe. Student No Fee is a great company to rent from, most issues are sorted very promptly.

Good location close to uni and town. Big rooms were good, but they made the house cold. Agency people are nice and always reply if needed. Overall, my experience here with student no fee has been exciting, nevertheless humbling.

Very helpful when we have an issue and fix it reasonably quick if it was important and urgent.

Their not the best letting agency, tbh communication and understanding isn’t really there, and the properties aren’t the best compared to their market!

This agency has been brilliant this year, they have been really prompt at responding to all of our emails and you can go to their offices and ask questions as well which is really nice. They have by far the nicest houses of any letting agency, and they are very transparent with any costs and things like that.

This agency has been really good this year. I moved to them from another agency and they have been much better. They are really good at responding when you have queries and the house itself was in very good shape.

Brilliant agency, super nice landlords. Helped us a lot when we lost some keys, and overall have been really good. They know we are students, so they are a bit more lenient than other landlords would be.

SNF were a pretty good landlord and the house itself was really nice. If you keep the house in good shape they are happy, and any problems they are usually quick to fix.

I had a very positive experience with this agency. I booked a couple of house tours with them, and we were able to sign the house right away. It was clean when we arrived, and there was a lot of cupboard space in the kitchen, which was really good. Some of the bedrooms were only the smaller side compared to the others, but everything worked, so I can’t complain that much.

This agency was very good; they kept the house in really good condition for us, and the whole move-in process was very easy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this agency to other students in Southampton. They were quick at replying to emails, and they use a really helpful maintenance app to help you sort out what needs fixing quicker.

I have had a very good experience with this letting agency in Southampton. I really like how big the houses are and that the kitchen and living area are one big space. The only problem we have had is in the bathrooms, and they have come to sort that for us pretty quickly. My bedroom is a good size and comes with a wardrobe and desk, which is really nice.

I had an overall very good experience with this agency; they were very lovely when we initially signed the house. They explained everything very clearly, and they were very good at getting back to us if we had any questions. They occasionally came to the house to do some maintenance work, but they always informed us beforehand. The house itself was very clean when we first got ther,e and we haven’t had any problems.

I had heard from people in older years that this was the best agency to use in Southampton, which is why I picked it. Overall, I didn’t have any problems with them. The people who run it are very lovely and very good at getting things sorted when you need them to. The house is very nice and comes with a good garden. They are very relaxed with what you do in the house as long as you don’t break anything or replace it if you do.

I have really enjoyed being with this agency. The house itself is very big. I wish it had a chest of drawers included in it, as there is only one small wardrobe, and it doesn’t fit very much in it. Apart from that, they have been very good at answering any questions we had, and they mostly just leave us to ourselves.

Overall SNF is pretty good; they haven’t come to fix some of the stuff I have asked about before, or sometimes it takes them a while, but the house itself is very nice and the rooms are all pretty big. The kitchen is a nice area as well, with a good garden.

I have had no problems with my house, and some of my housemates have had things they needed fixing, and they were very good at sorting it.

I have had a really good experience with this agency. The house is really big, with lots of kitchen space and good-sized bedrooms. We have had a couple of issues with certain things, like the washing machin,e but they have always been very good at fixing things, even though it may take them a while to do it.

This letting agency had a really good selection of houses, most of them were well looked after. My house was in good condition when I first moved in and they usually come to solve any issues that we have. The only negative I would have is every other house has wifi included but ours didn’t. The dishwasher and washing machine are old but work well enough.

Have been quick to fix any reported problems, and the staff have been friendly. The house is very nice as well. Quite a few marks on the walls when we moved in, but other than that, the rooms are great.

Really top landlords. Send people out super fast to sort problems, and they fix everything brilliantly. Much preferable to other Southampton groups, which send people who have a smoke in the garden for 4 hours straight.

They provided quick help when we had maintenance problems and always stayed in contact with updates if anything were to occur.

Good maintenance service- will come and sort out any issues quickly. However did not provide Wifi, and prices are on the more expensive side.

Student no-fee have truly made our renting experience easy. The contract is clear, and they are quick to fix and address maintenance issues. My only complaint would be to do with their policy for losing a key, which they deem a security breach and require you to replace all locks, meaning that losing a key can be very expensive – around £200 for me! so just watch out w that xx

Student no-fee is excellent. They have a massive property portfolio so they are very experienced and have lots of houses to choose from. When there is an issue it is very easy to report it online and they usually have someone round the same day/ the day after to try to fix it. Where their handyman can’t fix it they get someone round very quickly. When my fridge broke they replaced it the next morning which is very speedy for such a large company. The only downside is that they are on the pricier side in Southampton however I feel that their excellent service makes up for this and I feel like I’m getting my moneys worth.

SNF don’t scam students like many other letting agents in Southampton (Poshpads). And they do everything a letting agent needs to, but it is the bare minimum; they’re not going to try to help you out if it’s not required on the contract, even if it’s something very simple that would have little to no impact on them.
